By booking online or via our mobile app, you confirm you have read and agree to all salon policies.
we are scheduling guests 16 years of age and older. only guests who have an appointment may enter the salon. if you need assistance, please let us know so we may make arrangements.
we respectfully require at least 24 hours advanced notice for cancellations. we know you may forget an appointment or have a conflict, which is why we confirm appointments 48 hours in advance.
please be aware of the following:
cancelations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount to be imposed at the time of your next service.
no call | no shows may be subject to 100% of the reserved service amount to be imposed at the time of your next service.
appointments made within the 24 hour period must give notice of cancellation at least 4 hours’ prior to the appointment. those canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount to be imposed at the time of your next service.
new guests who schedule a color service are required to pay a deposit to reserve their first appointment. The deposit is based on the service scheduled at the time of booking.
no deposit is due if you are a new guest wishing to schedule a haircut. if you do not show or cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to your service to hold your next reservation.
as a new guest, if you cancel with at least a 24-hour notice, your deposit will remain on your account for future use. Otherwise, the deposit will be applied to your missed appointment to pay our stylist’s commission. All deposits are non-refundable and carry no cash value.
time is a precious commodity. any client arriving 10 minutes past their scheduled time will be required to reschedule or change the services being provided to accommodate the time remaining for their appointment.
prior to your appointment, your line professional will collaborate with you to set a realistic expectation of your desired look. during this time, we will communicate and document if there are challenges, the necessity of multiple appointments, or any process that would compromise the condition of your hair. although all service sales are final, it would be our pleasure to offer you a complimentary service revision if you feel your final look varied from the expectation established during the consultation. the revision must be performed within seven days of the original service date. please contact the salon if you require a revision so that we may immediately schedule a consultation with the stylist and a manager. A revision service will generally be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level. You may request a more seasoned stylist but in doing so, will be required to pay the difference in service rates.
we would be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within seven days of purchase if the product remains unopened, sealed, and unused. if the item has been opened and/or gently used we will then offer you an exchange for a product that is better suited for you. all makeup products are nonrefundable as well as hairbrushes and hot tools.

payment may be rendered during COVID-19 by credit card, apple pay, or google pay only. if you are unable to pay by one of these methods, we will accept a check. any check returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $35 fee. no cash payments will be accepted during COVID-19.
refusal of service
we may decline to complete a service on any guest if we feel the service will compromise the integrity of their hair beyond what would be reasonably expected in the course of a chemical service.
