please read our policies below prior to scheduling. each policy has been thoughtfully created primarily to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and team; but also to promote integrity in our booking times, which optimizes our schedule and enables the most availability possible.

children are welcome by appointment only
please make arrangements for childcare ahead of time. we do no allow children on the salon floor or in the spa during your appointment. children may not be left unattended in the waiting area. this is for the safety of your child. a salon is full of chemicals and very hot, sharp tools. infant strollers or car seats are not allowed on the salon floor. tools, product, and hair clippings are constantly dropped on the floor -- it is not a safe place for a baby in a carrier. we are a small boutique salon, we lack the space and legal capacity to accommodate these carriers.
you may schedule your child for a discounted cut anytime prior to the day of their 11th birthday. this service does not include a shampoo. children 11 years and older must be scheduled as an adult. if your child under the age of 11 years old, has extraordinarily thick or long hair, or is requesting a elevated or complex hair cut or style that will exceed our booking time, the service will be charged at the full price of an adult service.
family and friends who are not receiving a service may not be on the salon floor. they are welcome to wait in our reception area.
for your protection
we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. we strongly encourage you to remove your glasses and wear a robe if you are concerned damage may occur.
we offer same day services on a limited basis only (based on the availability of our line professionals). you may book online within one hour of the service start time.
any online changes to your appointment must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. if you must change or cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, please call the salon. repeated failure to cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice, not showing up for your appointment, or blatant disregard for confirmation requests or our policies, will result in a non refundable deposit up to the full cost of the service, due and payable at the time of booking.
time is a precious commodity. any client arriving 10 minutes past their scheduled time will be required to reschedule or change the services being provided to accommodate the time remaining for their appointment.
payment maybe rendered by cash, check, credit card or apple pay. checks returned due to insufficent funds will be subject to a $35 returned check fee.
if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within one week of the service so that we may immediately schedule a consultation with the stylist and a manager. if another service is required, it will generally be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level. you may request a more seasoned stylist but in doing so, will be required to pay the difference in service rates.
all make up sales are final. all other product purchases carry a 30 day exchange policy during which they can be returned for store credit, or exchanged.
