As we continue growing our second location in Longmont, CO, we are currently seeking multiple passionate part-time and full-time commission stylists who are excited to grow in a supportive, education-focused salon environment.

Salon Halcyon is proud to be an Aveda salon, exclusively using Aveda products and Aveda color. We are passionate about delivering high-performance, luxury experiences for our guests while creating a culture centered around growth, creativity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Whether you already have experience with Aveda or are completely new to the brand, we would love to connect with you! Recent graduates from the Aveda Institute are highly encouraged to apply. We provide ongoing education and mentorship opportunities for both new and experienced stylists through our lead educator and salon support systems.

We offer a unique salon environment that combines the freedom stylists love about booth rent with the support and culture of a commission salon, creating a balance that is rare in the beauty industry.

What we're looking for:

 

• Licensed cosmetologists in the state of Colorado

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented individuals

• Passion for the beauty industry and exceptional guest experiences

• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Motivation to continue learning and growing behind the chair

• Stylists who are reliable, self-motivated, and career-driven

• Strong retail and product recommendation experience

• Confidence educating guests on home care and styling products

• Experience with cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and/or extension services is a plus

• Ability to build and maintain long-term guest relationships

• Social media presence and personal branding is a plus

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment

• Aveda experience is welcomed but not required
